Failure can be a stepping stone to success. It depends on your mindset toward the failure. If you give up the task when you encounter the moment of failure, you can just add one more failure experiences. If you ignore the failure and move on to something new, failure is just one of memories what happened in your life, sometimes remembered, sometimes forgotten. If you learn from the failure, it could be the stepping stone to success. We know about this simple lesson, but to learn from the failure is not easy. First of all, you need to face the failure clearly; what is right, what is wrong, how much damages influence to me and others, watching carefully my mistakes and failure could be painful, but it\'s first step of learning from the failure. I don\'t think people can learn how to avoid failure from it, instead they would develop stronger mindset to overcome the difficulties. This process makes people better, even if they don\'t achieve their original goal.
