Not only Korea but also so many countries know the importance of English. But, I think, especially in Korea the importance of English is being more emphasized than other countries. What the Ministry of Education wants is not the speaking ability but the ability to understand lecture in University. Again to the point, the individual and student need to understand unspoken language and ,if any, only few tests are testing about ability in spoken language. Korean government and the Ministry of education keep says English is important. But they don\'t contemplate the most fundamental reason why we should learn English. Each individual do have many opportunities to learn Unspoken English, but not to the spoken ones. That\'s the situation
