How important is safety equipment in exercise?
I think It must be practiced for everyone’s safety.
As much as that, warm-up excersice is also important.
As you know, I was hurt my knee.
The reason might be less warm-up excersice,
as a result I searched why i felt like that.
So these are very critical tings to happily keep our good conditions and body.
