I think to be honest is the most important thing in the interview. But, we need to wrap the fact well to attract interviewers. For example, when we answer a question \'what is your disadvantages\', we need to be honest and answer a real disadvantage. However, after saying about our disadvantage we have to attach our efforts how to recover them. If not, interviwers may think we are not match for a job. Because, intention of that question is usually ask the recovery story.
