I think the pressure of midterm exams has a positive effect on our students\' performance in my academy. During preparation for their exams, they are rarely late or absent. They do their homework better than usual. And they also really listen to their teachers. Even though they hate taking all the school exams, they want to improve their school results and they work hard only while preparing their exams.

Even though we were too lazy to study, whenever an exam was near, we still did our best because we wanted to get a high score.
