I resolved to eat fermented foods more frequently and constantly in the future. Moreover, I became to think about environmental problems more seriously than before. Although It seems very hard to reduce the using of plastic, I hope someday researcher sand scientists develop a innovative way to resolve the problem. If this were achieved, we could leave a better environment for future generations.
