I never thought about it that I tell you my story.

 I don’t want up my cloth size .
>>> I don\'t want to add up the size of my clothes.
Because it won’t look good also not healthy.

 I ‘m 5’10 weight is 48kg which is pretty good my age.
>>> I\'m 5\'10 tall and weighing 48 kg, which is pretty good for my age.
When people go to the trip they eat more that way gain easily.
>>>When people go on a trip, they eat more and gain weight easily.
I never eat snack as ice cream however my belly still flat.
>>> I never eat a snack like ice cream that is why my belly is still flat.
 I have two sister both of gain weight compared when they were young age.

Anyway I can self control easily.

 I drink lot of water and then exercise every single day.

 II do half marathon also sky diving.

 I’m very proud by myself.

 Every single corner hard working paid off.
